Dani and Stef’s Wedding at Boschendal 

Dani and Stef’s wedding day vision was to keep things relaxed, untraditional and to make the most of the beautiful setting at the Boschendal wedding venue. With perfect South African weather, and an outdoor setting framed by a stunning mountain backdrop, their vision was easily brought to life at Boschendal. 

Instead of a traditional ceremony set up, comfortable lounge furniture nooks provided seating for guests, with an unofficial aisle running through the lounges. Guests could really relax and enjoy the ceremony and then the pre-drinks in an effortless flow of events. 

The bride, Dani, was breathtaking in an elegant wedding dress by xxx and natural, classic makeup and hair by Algria Ferreira and Jeanette Genis. Her custom-designed veil was hand embroidered with colourful motifs that represent Dani and Stef’s life milestones and special memories together. 

The colourful touches continued throughout - to the wedding stationery, the bright and beautiful bridesmaids in bold shades of pink and to the happy florals by Paradiso Flowers. The couple intentionally chose proteas and tulips to represent their home countries, South Africa and the Netherlands.

Dani, Stef and their guests enjoyed a candle lit reception dinner and dancing in the gorgeous Olive Press venue.
